The location for the summer meeting will be the Rocky Mountain Park Inn located in Estes Park, Colorado, gateway to the Rocky Mountain National Park.

The group room rate is $100.00 single or double occupancy. Reservations should be made by June 4, 2008 to guarantee the group rate. This rate will be available two days before and after the conference dates of Sunday, June 29 through Wednesday, July 2.

Please ask for the Midwest Association of Fish & Wildlife rate when calling 970-586-2332. The room tax is 7.7% Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11:00am. Reservations will be held until 6pm the date of arrival unless held with a major credit card.

Weather Conditions

Due to varying temperatures, participants should plan on bringing medium weight jackets/sweaters for evening events or several layers to allow for flexability. Windbreakers can make a difference if it is cool and there is a breeze. This conference is casual so ties and jackets are not necessary.

At the Continental Divide in the Park, you can experience rain, snow, sleet etc. even in July and August.
